Isla del Sol is an island on the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg on the Gulf Coast of Florida, surrounded by the waters of Boca Ciega Bay. The location is ideal, being convenient for both St. Pete/Clearwater and Tampa International Airports, one mile from the sands of St. Pete Beach, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and only 90 minutes from Disney.

There are many facilities within walking distance or just a five minute drive away - shopping, restaurants, bank and drug stores. Also close by is Fort DeSoto Park, where you can see the historic sights or go walking, jogging, biking, canoeing, fishing, bird watching, enjoy a barbecue or just relax on the beach. You will find further attractions in downtown St Petersburg - the famous Pier, Baywalk, museums, art galleries, theatres, and sporting events. For the shopping enthusiast Ellenton Factory Outlet Mall is an easy drive across the Sunshine Skyway.

Our condos are located on the south side of the Pinellas Bayway. The Bahia Vista condo overlooks the intracoastal waterway and the Vista Verde condo is on the golf course  which runs right across the island. Landscaped gardens with lush tropical foliage surround the properties.

The condos are maintained by a local management company so any problems can quickly be taken care of.   We regret that pets are not permitted.
